We offer complimentary shipping on all orders, with the option to purchase White Glove Delivery and assembly at checkout. 

White Glove shipping & delivery includes room-of-choice delivery, assembly and packaging removal


Where We Ship

We ship anywhere within the contiguous United States!

At the moment, we are not able to ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii or internationally. We are happy to send orders to any reshippers upon request that are located in the contiguous United States. 

Please note, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. 


Tracking & Delivery

We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with carrier information and estimated arrival date once your order has shipped. 

If you have any special delivery requests, please reach out to us shortly after placing your order. Our team will do their best to accommodate your request. 


Estimated Lead Times

Please reference the estimated lead time on each product page. The estimate does not include transit time. 

Transit times will vary depending on the final destination, which can take an average of 5-12 business days to arrive in your local area.


Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order please notify us as soon as possible to ensure we can update your information in our system before it ships. Once your shipment is on the way, we are unable to change the address. 

 

In Case of Damage or Defect

Please report any damages within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@jackfruitfurniture.com  We ask that you please submit photos of the problem (including images of the packaging), as this will help facilitate a quick resolution. Note that any damages incurred during shipping & handling must be reported to us within 48hrs of delivery in order for it to be covered under warranty.
