Returns

If you decide you’d like to return your order please reach out to us within the first 14 days of receiving it and we’ll help facilitate your return. All returns within this period must be in perfect condition. Return shipping is free, but because each piece is custom-made for the order, there will be an environmental fee deducted from your refund that is equal to 15% of your order value prior to any discounts or special offers.

If for whatever reason you decide you need to part with your product outside of our 14 day return period, we highly encourage you to participate in our Buyback Program!

Please note that we do not offer partial returns or returns on throw pillows, weatherproof covers, or custom orders.


Buyback Program

The most sustainable thing we can do as a business is design for longevity. We developed the Jack with Iroko Wood—a sustainable hardwood teak alternative—designed to last 50-100 years. Our sofas are intended to be a member of your family for life. 

That said, we understand that with time comes change and some of you may need to part with furniture down the line. When that time comes, we ask that you please let us know so we can offer to buy it back from you. We do not want that frame to see a landfill.

In the event that you decide to part ways with your Jack, please send an email to support@jackfruitfurniture.com with the following information: Order #, pictures showing its current condition, and the reason you’re parting with it. If it’s deemed a sustainable buyback by our team, we’ll offer you up to 50% of your money back in cash or store credit.

Please note that the zipcode of the return and the condition of the product determine if a product is eligible for the program and the exchange value offer.


Refunds

Once your order arrives back at our warehouse, we’ll process your refund within 1-2 business days. Please note, it typically takes 5-7 business days for your bank to credit your account. If it takes any longer than that, feel free to let us know and we'd be happy to check in with them on your behalf.


Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at support@jackfruitfurniture.com within 24 hours of placing your order and you’ll be refunded in full.

Twenty-four hours after placing an order, there will be a 15% production fee deducted from your refund as we’ll have already started production.  

In the event your item has already shipped, we will no longer be able to process a cancellation. 


Exchanges

You can make an exchange within 30 days of receiving your items. Simply email us at support@jackfruitfurniture.com and we’ll send you shipping labels. As soon as we’ve received your item back at our warehouse, we will issue you a refund minus any applicable costs noted in our return policy. Your new order will be treated as a separate transaction. You can place a new order on our site, or our team is happy to provide assistance with placing a new order.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges on throw pillows and weatherproof covers.


In Case Of Damages Or Defects

Please report any damages within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@jackfruitfurniture.com. We ask that you please submit photos of the issue (including images of the packaging), as this will help facilitate a quick resolution. Note that any damages incurred during shipping & handling must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery in order for it to be covered under warranty.


Limited Warranty

We offer a complimentary three year Limited Warranty on our furniture against material and manufacturing defects applicable to the original owner effective from the date of delivery. This Limited Warranty does not apply to any conditions resulting from faulty installation, misuse or expected wear. We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any part of the product or the entire product if it is deemed defective. In the event that you find yourself experiencing an issue with our guarantee, please reach out to us so we can make it right.
